At the 110th Annual Tainan City Outstanding Labor Union Commendation Ceremony, held during the general assembly of the Tainan City Foot Reflexology Practitioners’ Labor Union, I felt deeply honored to receive the sincere recognition and support of former Honorary Chairman Yang Ming-Chang. As the newly appointed Chairman of the Union, I have devoted myself wholeheartedly to all union affairs and worked with unwavering dedication. These efforts were ultimately rewarded when our union was selected by the Tainan City Labor Affairs Bureau as an Outstanding Labor Union. This distinction is not only an affirmation of our work, but also a tribute to our collective team spirit.
Standing on the award stage and witnessing Mayor Huang Wei-Che of Tainan City personally present the award filled me with profound emotion and pride. This honor does not belong to me alone; it belongs to every member who has contributed their time, energy, and commitment to the union. Looking ahead, I will continue to lead our team as we work hand in hand to create an even better future.

Each year, the Tainan City Labor Affairs Bureau presents awards recognizing Outstanding Labor Unions. The Tainan City Foot Reflexology Practitioners’ Labor Union—commonly referred to as the Tainan City Foot Reflexology Union and also known as the Tainan City Foot Massage Union—has received this distinguished honor. Achieving such recognition is by no means easy; it is the result of the collective dedication and hard work of all union officers and members, earning the affirmation of the Labor Affairs Bureau. This honor also signifies the great responsibility that I bear on my shoulders.
在連續兩年站在台南市績優工會表揚大會的舞台上，這份榮耀讓我感受到無比的自豪與感動。第二次受獎的時候，雖然因為市長黃偉哲因選舉事務無法親自出席，但副市長的代理頒獎讓我感受到市府對我們工會的重視與支持。
Standing on the stage of the Tainan City Outstanding Labor Union Commendation Ceremony for two consecutive years, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride and emotion. At the second award ceremony, although Mayor Huang Wei-Che was unable to attend in person due to election-related commitments, the award was presented by the Deputy Mayor on his behalf. This gesture clearly reflected the city government’s recognition and support of our union.
這份獎項不僅是對我們過去努力的肯定，更是對未來的激勵。回想起這兩年來的點滴，我們面對了許多挑戰，但正是這些挑戰讓我們更加團結，讓我們的目標更加明確。每一位團隊成員的努力和奉獻，都是我們能夠再次站上這個舞台的關鍵。
This award is not only an acknowledgment of our past efforts, but also a powerful motivation for the future. Reflecting on the past two years, we have faced many challenges; however, it was precisely these challenges that strengthened our unity and clarified our goals. The dedication and contributions of every team member were the key reasons we were able to stand on this stage once again.
在頒獎的那一刻，我心中充滿了感激，感謝每一位支持我們的成員和朋友。雖然市長未能親自頒獎，但我深知他對我們工作的關心與支持。未來，我們將繼續攜手並進，努力創造更多的成就，為工會和社會貢獻更多的力量。
At the moment of receiving the award, my heart was filled with gratitude. I am sincerely thankful to every member and friend who has supported us. Although the Mayor was unable to present the award in person, I deeply understand and appreciate his concern for and support of our work. Looking ahead, we will continue to move forward together, striving to achieve even greater accomplishments and to contribute more to both the union and society.

When receiving the honor of being named an Outstanding Labor Union for three consecutive years, I was once again filled with immense pride and emotion. Each year that we stand on this stage represents recognition of our union’s efforts and serves as encouragement for the road ahead. At this year’s award ceremony, Mayor Huang Wei-Che personally presented the award, allowing me to truly feel the city government’s strong support and appreciation for our work. At that moment, a deep sense of gratitude welled up within me—gratitude to every member who has contributed to the union. It is because of everyone’s collective efforts that we have been able to continue moving forward on this path.

Each year we stand on this stage is both an affirmation of our hard work and an inspiration for the future. At this year’s ceremony, the award was personally presented by the Deputy Mayor, allowing us to once again feel the city government’s recognition and support. Although it was regrettable that no official photo was taken during the award presentation, we seized the opportunity to take a group photo off the stage to commemorate this meaningful and celebratory moment.
